Description: This course is directed by the history of theology of the hymns of the Orthodox Church, as well as a hermeutic and systematic study of those hymns. The goal is to gain an understanding of the Helleno-Orthodox language, music and cultural heritage and tradition, which is recognised as pan-Christian. In particular, this includes a) the hymns of the Tessarakonthemerou before Christmas, which refer to the incarnation of the God-Logos b) the Christology of the ceremony of the Akathisto Hymn c) the theological and dogmato-ethical study of the Hymns of the Melodic Kassiani. d) dogmato-ethical approach to the messages of pre-curing period of the Triadio.
