The prospective, by Law 3432/2006, and approved positions of Directory Staff at the Academy have not been filled yet.

At the UEA of Vella of Ioannina work the following employees:

1. One employee in regular position for PE financial administrative in the Secretary of UEA of Vella.
2. Two employees in regular position for TE financial administrative in the Secretary of UEA of Vella.
3. Two employees in in the regular position for DE financial administrative in the Secretary of UEA of Vella.
4. One employee in in the regular position for Cooks of Compulsory Education DE-07
